G.R.A.S. workshop was formed in 2005.

Before establishment of G.R.A.S.,  members of the creative group worked in various architectural workshops, also abroad. Having sufficient work background and certain vision of the designing technique, they have decided to create an architectural duet. Creating our workshop, we relied on the principles of European family business. On the basis of the gained practical experience, proper knowledge of materials and technologies, G.R.A.S.  implements exclusive individual solutions. G.R.A.S.  specializes on services in the field of architecture and design, from apartments up to trade and office complexes, from individual private structures up to residential apartment houses. Many works are carried out in the conditions of reconstruction of the existing buildings. The prominent aspect in these works is analysis of the existing situation and development of weighted solution with maximum use of each object's resource. We can offer different cooperation options, from consultations up to comprehensive support of the project during its realization. Our works always have features and nature of individuality.

In our teamwork with the customer we develop the basic goals and tasks for

the future project. Then, based on the accepted strategy, we find optimum solutions to achieve the price/quality ratio.

In each project, we aspire to combine the wishes of our clients, influence of the situational context and our professional management, in the course of designing and realization of the project.
